We are a couple from Belgium looking for a long term rental with an option for purchase. We would prefer a 2 or 3 bedroom furnished apartment from June or July 2010 onwards. As we lived in Las Terrazas in 2006 and 2007, we have a very good understanding of the local market. The apartment must have sea views and underground parking with cellar.
